It was on a dark and stormy night in January 1959, that Wesley Karr & the Automobiles boarded a plane from Memphis Municipal Airport, Tennessee bound for England's London Airport to start their world tour. There are many rumours that attempt to explain why they didn't arrive until the year 2006. Some say that the electrical storm interfered with the planes controls and created a time warp which propelled their plane into the future. Others say that they were kidnapped by aliens. Recent investigations' and leaked documents have pointed the finger of blame at America's CIA, involving secret government experimentation into cryogenics and there is further evidence that the late Elvis Presley (a well known singer at that time) may also have been involved, in an attempt to cover up the fact that it was actually Wesley Karr, not Elvis, singing on some of his early records.
